The Dean is the head of the Institute of Education Sciences and Training Research and bears overall responsibility before the law and the competent authorities for the Institute’s strategic direction, governance, academic quality and operational effectiveness.

This role assists in coordinating programs, supervising professional activities and ensuring that the Institute’s initiatives align with its mission and scientific standards.
