On the occasion of Bunpimay – the traditional New Year of the Lao People’s Democratic Republic, the Institute of Education Sciences and Training Research paid a visit and extended New Year greetings to the Consulate General of the Lao PDR in Ho Chi Minh City.
Representing the Institute, Mrs. Trần Thị Quế Chi conveyed New Year wishes to Mr. Phonesy Bounmixay, Consul General of the Lao PDR Consulate General in Ho Chi Minh City, expressing sincere appreciation for the longstanding and traditional friendship between the two nations.
The visit served as a meaningful occasion to further strengthen solidarity, friendship, and comprehensive cooperation between Vietnam and Laos, particularly in the field of education and training.
The Institute of Education Sciences and Training Research respectfully wishes the Consulate General a prosperous and successful New Year, and continued success in its important role as a bridge fostering the special and enduring relationship between Vietnam and Laos.
