With the goal of enhancing the quality of care and ensuring absolute safety for children, Ngo Thoi Nhiem Kindergarten has collaborated with the Institute of Educational Science and Training Research to organize a training session on the ERA Kids program for the Board of Management and teaching staff. The sharing session helped teachers access a comprehensive set of visual learning materials, including lesson plans and vivid animated videos, making it easy to integrate the lessons into daily activities. The core value of the program is to equip children with a standard language system to understand their bodies, sharpen their awareness, and memorize essential self-protection reflexes.
Besides training practical skills for children, the program also provides solutions to optimize close coordination with parents, ensuring the maintenance of a synchronized and consistent “circle of protection” for children, whether at school or at home. Concluding the training session, the management and teaching staff have fully grasped the implementation methods. This will be an important stepping stone for the school to be ready to incorporate ERA Kids into teaching, working alongside families to build a safe school environment where children are protected and develop comprehensively every day.
