On the occasion of the 48th anniversary of the establishment and development of Thu Duc Youth Village (June 22, 1978 – June 22, 2026), the Institute of Education Sciences and Training Research was honored to coordinate with the Village’s Board of Directors to successfully organize a seminar entitled: “Bonding in Love – Keeping the Flame of Family Happiness Alive”. The program was attended by officers, employees, and staff members who are directly working and caring for the children at Thu Duc Youth Village.
At the sharing session, M.A. Tran Thi Que Chi brought profound and practical perspectives on the role of family meals in maintaining connection. Amidst today’s fast-paced life, the expert emphasized that the value of a meal does not lie in its elaborateness or a table full of delicacies, nor is there necessarily a pressure to maintain exactly 3 meals/day or 7 days/week. The core and most important thing is that we create a truly safe, warm, and connected space among family members.
The seminar was not only an opportunity to listen to the expert but also opened up a space for open discussion. The staff at Thu Duc Youth Village actively shared their practical concerns and anxieties in the process of accompanying the children, with the deepest desire to ensure they receive the most complete care and love.
With expertise and empathy, M.A. Tran Thi Que Chi directly listened to, addressed the specific situations, and offered practical psychological advice and solutions. These solutions were tailored to best suit the specific characteristics of childcare and upbringing at the facility.
On the milestone of the Village’s 48th anniversary, the Institute respectfully wishes the Board of Directors and all staff members abundant health, happiness, and a steady flame of enthusiasm on the journey of nurturing future generations. In the coming time, the Institute of Education Sciences and Training Research will continue to promote cooperative programs, bringing practical educational and psychological values to the community.
